17. Accounting and Auditing

(1) The accounting of the Development Fund shall be kept according to the method adopted by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The audit of the Development Fund will be conducted by the Auditor General's Department in accordance with prevailing Nepalese laws.
(3) The Government of Nepal may examine or inspect the accounts of the Development Fund at any time if it wishes.
